The couple had no idea the show was about to make them reality-TV superstars. Through the show they proved to be extremely shrewd bidders, and eventually emerged as the top performers on the reality show. It was their triumph on reality TV that boosted the business. Apart from operating their shop the couple also opened another one. Their 'Storage War' appearance led to a spinoff series titled 'Brandi & Jarrod married to work, with a focus on the couple.
